Mindfulness for Mental Health
Mindfulness for Mental Health - this class will help you find mindful loving awareness in a supportive and affirming environment to support those with health related trauma and anxiety. This class is led by Heather Gross, MS CCC-SLP, RYT and will incorporate mindfulness meditation, gentle movement, sound healing, and breathing techniques. You will leave class feeling more loved, more compassionate, and more resilient. This is a virtual series.
