Reiki Meditation

Monthly on the 2nd Wednesday of the month and the 4th Friday of the month at 8:30pm.

Note: starting in February 2023, Reiki Meditation will move to the 2nd and 4th Friday of each month at 2:00 pm.

Experience a Virtual Guided Meditation along with Distance Reiki (energy healing) from the comfort of home. Reiki has many benefits and helps calm the nervous system. It may help decrease symptoms of stress, anxiety, and depression. You might feel so relaxed that you fall asleep!

*In preparation for your session please have: a glass of water, relaxing music, and a blanket nearby.
