Event Information
Mindful Compassion Series Facilitated by Heather Gross, MS CCC-SLP, RYT, a holistic voice therapist and mental health informed registered yoga and mindfulness teacher. This 4-week series will focus on the practice of self-compassion and loving kindness, which has been shown to increase resilience, sense of purpose, contentment, and overall health and well-being. This series will incorporate gentle, mindful movement, guided meditation, and mindfulness coaching in a supportive environment. This is a virtual program.
